Climate change and energy security are interconnected and are two sides of the same coin. Bibek Debroy is presently the Chairman, Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister (EAC-PM) and President, Indian Statistical Institute (ISI).  An economist, he was educated in Kolkata, Delhi and Trinity College, Cambridge.
