ABOUT THE BOOK

Crises are inevitable in human and organizational life, arising from natural and man-made causes. In business organizations, effectively managing a challenge is a crucial managerial responsibility. However, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to crisis management, as each situation presents unique challenges that require specific situational leadership and response mechanisms. In this book, the author explores the interplay between remarkable personal leadership efforts and the dynamics of resilient teams in real-life crises of varying nature and magnitude. The book emphasizes the importance of leading from the front, assuming responsibility, and making timely decisions in volatile and ambiguous situations.

Drawing from eight gripping real-life stories of individuals and teams facing adversity, the author provides critical lessons and practical guidance for managers and leaders in business organizations. By analyzing these case studies, readers will understand the complex nature of crises and the leadership skills required to manage them effectively.

This book is highly recommended as a practical guide for anyone seeking to enhance their crisis management skills and become a more effective leader.
