a postgraduate in Engineering Technology
and Doctor in Management, blends his engineering background with management
expertise gained over the years to take the companies to the cutting edge of
quality management. His business experience spans areas from Production to
Design Development to academics to research. He is a prolific water with over
200 papers and 40 book to his credit on various topics and participated in
several national and international conferences. Currently Dr. Diwan is the First Vice Chancellor of the University of
Petroleum & Energy Studies (UPES) and is concurrently the Chief Operating officer of the Indian School of Petroleum.
He has been Awarded in the years 2000 a very prestigious
Hewlett Packard Research Fellowship to Conduct research on online education,
